Shipping Policy

We offer FREE USPS ground shipping in the United States. Ground shipping is typically 6-7 business days. We also offer USPS Priority mail shipping in the United States, which starts at $12. Priority mail shipping is typically 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Potty Kit, we accept returns within a 30 day time period. Because of the nature of our product use for personal hygiene, damaged or used items are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Please initiate your return by emailing returns@pottykit.co along with your original purchase email to show proof of purchase, and a description of why you need to return your item. We will then send you a shipping label for you send the unused item back to us.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our commitment to our environment

We are conscious of our impact on the environment. We pledge to offset materials as much as possible in plastic and paper production for the development of new products. All of our packaging and shipping materials are eco-friendly and made of recycled materials. Our goal is to work towards 95% of product materials to be made of recycled material by the year 2025!
